    I bought my Bitaxes from Brazil. As some of you may know we have the most extortionate tax burden in the world: income tax, municipal and state taxes, etc. On top of all this, the import tax more than doubles the price of what we buy outside Brazil. Furthermore, we run a high risk of having our products retained without any explanation. Still, I would do it all over again.     I bought my 2nd and 3rd gammas recently and I wanted to leave another review to reinforce my satisfaction with the process. The support is absolutely amazing, as many others have noted, there are many different stores to purchase miners from but not many, if any, have the level of customer service SoloSatoshi provides. I now have three gammas, all from SS and they are all rock solid, no issues at all with any of them and they all have similar performance. I'm not into overclocking, would rather just buy another miner instead of additional heatsinks and fans. All three miners are averaging 1.2T and have stable temps on the chips. If you want a great product with excellent customer service, fast shipping and reliable performance look no further.

    Great product for a great price! This was the lowest price of the 4 sites I was looking at and shipping was very reasonable being in the US instead of out of country. I also like that these are made in the US so it's supporting local jobs. Aside from price I'm happy to have gone with this company. Working great right out of the box, easy setup following their QR code instructions, and was delivered under 2 weeks. Shipping may say 3-5 business days but you gotta give em time to build all the orders. Once shipped FedEx had it here 3 days earlier than initial tracking estimate gave, +. Much better than the horror stories I've read about 1-2 months from other sites. I plan to buy another model with more hash rate when in stock from this company.

    These are great units for learning about mining. I set these up in no time on Public Pool, then researched other mining pool options and have been exploring them. I did have to redo the thermal paste on one of the units to prevent overheating/erratic behavior, but both units work reliably now. 👍🏻👍🏻

    This is easily the most efficient of the mini-miners and works well. Makes it hard to decide if you just lottery mine or stack a few satisfied in a regular pool. Might have to get more and do both!

    The support team alone is the reason you should buy from Solo Satoshi. Lets face it. There plenty of options when your looking to pick up a BitAxe, but my experience with the Solo Satoshi team is why I will buy from them again. I had a minor issue with my stand. I reached out on a Friday night expecting to hear back in a couple business days. To my surprise Matt and reached out the next morning and had a new stand shipping out that Monday! These guys are legit.

    Bitaxes number 5 and 6 arrived the other day and are hashing away. As usual, shipping was fast, packaging was great, and setup was easy breezy. Paying in sats is definitely the way to go. I'm all for hodling as much as possible but when it's possible to support a bitcoin only business and those sats go to securing the network with open source home miners...that's a as good a reason as you can get to spend sats. I will continue to do business with Solo Satoshi because they continue to set a high bar for how other businesses in the bitcoin space should conduct themselves.

    Grateful for SoloSatoshi for my first bitaxe! Delivery as expected. Setup took less than 5 min. Runs flawlessly. I can now proudly say I am a noderunner and miner.     Probably the best customer service I have ever received. They went out of their way to make adjustments to my order when i wanted to make changes. The shipping was fast and the build quality on my 2 gammas is excellent. Setup was a breeze and I was up and running in short order. My only regret is that I didn't add one of their hats to my order!

    Got 2 gammas from solo satoshi. Super happy with both. Works great right out of the box. Both were updated to the latest firmware when I received them which was a plus. Solo satoshi is a great company. Fast shipping and they email you updates on when your order is preparing to be shipped, when it’s shipped and when it’s delivered. Their communication is great. Highly recommend them. I will be buying again for sure. Plus they also send you cool stickers with your order :)

    Awesome solo miner for BTC. An amazing amount of hash (guesses) per second for only 10-15 watts. And it's small form factor allows you to place it anywhere the cord will reach an outlet. Yes this is tiny compared to an S21Pro but if you do a deep dive into the probability math of "solo mining", in my opinion, you will find that this little miner has just as much of a chance at solving a block (guessing the correct hash output) on the 1st hash (guess) as the power hungry S21. The S21 is just able to make way more guesses per second and why it would drown this little guy/girl in pool mining. I highly recommend this non-expiring "lottery ticket".

    Easy order process and setup of the Gamma when it arrived. Shipping took some time but these miners are in high demand making the delays understandable. The product itself is well worth the wait. Stickers FTW! Can't wait to order more to get those hash rates higher!

    Purchased two for Christmas. They arrived in the US quickly. The setup was simple and uneventful. Both units seem to perform about the same and so far so good, no complaints. Fairly quiet but does make a bit of fan noise. The nerdqaxe is much quieter for me. Let's see if the purchase was a worthwhile one during 2025.

    Amazing, silent and efficient device. My 2 year old son found it and started playing with the fan and the device overheated and stopped working. HOWEVER, Solo Satoshi brilliantly added all sorts of safety controls, so the device protected itself and now it's back to work <3

    Just received and setup my 4th BitAxe from Solo Satoshi, 1 Supra and 3 Gammas. As usual, setup was a breeze and getting the new firmware installed and the UI updated went about as well as you could hope. With all 4 running they create about 50db of noise, about as much sound as an oscillating fan. I had a shipping issue with this last order but was able to reach out and X and then submitted a support ticket and they squared things away within a couple of hours. About as good of a customer service experience as you could ask for, especially from such a small team. These guys are crushing it. Even though I'm just solo mining, I can take some comfort in adding my network security...a small price to pay to helping secure the status of my own stack. Thanks ya'll, I'll be back for more eventually and I appreciate your support to Bitcoin Veterans. Looking forward to your time on the podcast tomorrow!

    I have nothing but praise for this product and the team behind it. It was well worth the time, effort and expense of shipping this to the Philippines. The customs duty was calculated by the team exactly correctly, which I appreciated. I received prompt reply when I made a inquiry after it arrived, which I further appreciate.
