Description
Download free SeedSigner+ case STL files to print replacement enclosure parts for the larger Plus model. This digital-only listing is for SeedSigner+ owners and builders who need the main enclosure, front lid, D-pad, or shim without ordering a physical case.
Compatibility notice: These files are for the SeedSigner+ only. They do not fit the regular or original SeedSigner. Confirm your model before downloading or printing.
Button-cap notice: Separate right-side button caps are not included. The supplied source labeled “Buttons” contained duplicate enclosure geometry instead of button-cap models, so it was excluded after inspection.

Verified Specifications and Included Files
| Printable part | Model dimensions | Format |
|---|---|---|
| Main enclosure | 144.40 × 58.50 × 22.25 mm | STL in ZIP |
| Front lid / faceplate | 138.20 × 53.80 × 4.80 mm | STL in ZIP |
| D-pad | 32.20 × 32.00 × 4.20 mm | STL in ZIP |
| Shim | 30.27 × 13.83 × 1.00 mm | STL in ZIP |
The STL meshes were checked as watertight and dimension-validated after optimization. Model dimensions were preserved within normal mesh-processing tolerance.
How to Download and Print
- Download the ZIP for each part you need and extract the STL.
- Import the models into your preferred slicer.
- Keep the models at 100% scale for the first print.
- Choose orientation, layer height, walls, infill, and supports for your printer and filament.
- Preview every layer before printing.
- Allow each part to cool, then test-fit it without forcing the SeedSigner+ hardware.
PLA is straightforward for ordinary indoor use. PETG may provide additional temperature and impact tolerance. Print quality and fit depend on printer calibration, filament, slicer settings, orientation, and ambient conditions.
Compatibility and Fit
- Designed for the SeedSigner+ reference enclosure and its larger 2.8-inch display form factor.
- Not compatible with the regular or original SeedSigner enclosure.
- Start at 100% scale and verify dimensions before committing to a full set.
- Never force electronics into a printed enclosure.
- Inspect printed parts for warping, cracks, sharp edges, and dimensional problems before assembly.
Troubleshooting
- Part is too tight or loose: Confirm the model remained at 100% scale, calibrate extrusion and dimensional accuracy, then make only small printer-specific compensation changes.
- Warped corners or poor fit: Check first-layer adhesion, bed temperature, cooling, and enclosure drafts before reprinting.
- Slicer reports an issue: Re-extract the ZIP and import the STL again. Confirm the download completed before changing the mesh.
- Hardware does not match: Stop assembly and verify that you have the Plus model. These parts are not designed for the regular SeedSigner.
Safety, Warranty, and Performance Expectations
Inspect every print before installing electronics. Keep printed parts away from open flame and excessive heat, and never force boards, screens, cameras, cables, or fasteners into place. Material behavior varies with filament, printer calibration, wall count, infill, temperature, and use. A self-printed enclosure and its fit are the responsibility of the person printing and assembling it. Review the applicable Solo Satoshi warranty and return terms before modifying purchased hardware.
What This Download Does and Does Not Include
The files provide printable enclosure geometry for the SeedSigner+ main shell, front lid, D-pad, and shim. They do not provide firmware, wallet software, electronic components, a display, a Raspberry Pi, a camera, fasteners, filament, a printer, or separate right-side button caps.
Digital files only: No physical item is included or shipped. The finished color, layer texture, and surface quality depend on your printer and material.
Why Download from Solo Satoshi
The four inspected STL files are hosted directly in the Solo Satoshi media library as separate downloads. This makes it easy to retrieve only the replacement part you need and clearly distinguishes the SeedSigner+ files from the regular SeedSigner enclosure.
Official Documentation
The locally hosted SeedSigner+ Setup Guide covers the hardware setup workflow and links to the software resources used during assembly. It is documentation for the complete SeedSigner+ setup, not a dimensional drawing for these STL files.
