Entry Level
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to serve as a point of contact for our global customer base. In this role, you will respond to inquiries across multiple channels, assist customers with product setup and troubleshooting, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality and care Solo Satoshi is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via ticketing system, live chat, and social media.
- Guide customers through miner setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Help track packages and thoroughly communicate with customers and couriers.
- Escalate technical or warranty issues to the team when needed.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of support documentation and FAQ content.
Preferences:
- Based in the USA.
- Interest in Bitcoin.
- Good problem solving abilities.
- Experience with Bitcoin related hardware.
- Experience with home networks.
- Experience with helpdesk platforms.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable working with a small team.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Details:
- Part time. Starting at 20 hours per week, with the ability to move into a more full-time position.
