Refund, Return, & Warranty Policy
1. 90‑Day Limited Warranty
* All Solo Satoshi products carry a 90‑day warranty from the date of delivery.
* If a manufacturing defect occurs within this period, we will repair, replace, or refund the item (at our discretion) at no cost to you, including return shipping.
* Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or normal wear‑and‑tear.
2. Change‑of‑Mind & Non‑Warranty Returns

Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Items Ineligible for Return
- Digital downloads, gift cards, and custom‑configured hardware
- Goods marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at checkout
- Products damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete (missing cables, packaging, manuals, etc.)
4. Bitcoin Refunds
* All BTC refunds are processed sat‑for‑sat at the BTC/USD rate recorded at the original transaction time (no exposure to price fluctuations).
* Network fees are subject to be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Return Authorization Procedure
- Contact Us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and shipping label (where applicable).
3. Pack the item securely; include all original accessories (Unless told otherwise) and a copy of the invoice.
4. Retain your tracking receipt until your refund or replacement is confirmed.
Unauthorized returns or COD parcels will be refused.
6. Inspection & Refund Timing
* Returns are inspected within 5 business days of arrival.
* Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
* If a return is rejected (e.g., signs of use, missing parts) we will notify you and ship the product back at your expense.
7. Exchanges
For warranty exchanges of identical items, follow the RMA process above. A prepaid label is provided for confirmed defects. Change‑of‑mind exchanges are treated as a new purchase plus a return (restocking fee applies).
8. Shipping Liability
* Risk of loss passes to the carrier once an order has shipped.
* We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect addresses or customer absence.
* Consider purchasing insured or trackable shipping for high‑value returns; Solo Satoshi is not liable for returns lost in transit.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solo Satoshi LLC’s total liability under this policy shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.
