Why Full Copper Matters

The base, heat pipes, and fin stack form a high-mass copper heat-transfer path. The nickel-plated surface helps protect the copper while preserving the cooler’s distinctive full-metal construction. At 520 g with its fan, this model is substantially heavier than an aluminum-fin low-profile cooler, so secure mounting and proper board support matter.

A full-copper cooler can provide useful thermal capacity, but material alone does not guarantee a particular ASIC or CPU temperature. Contact quality and airflow remain just as important.

Compatibility and Fit Checks

With the supplied Thermalright hardware, the AXP90-X47 Full supports Intel LGA 115X, 1200, 1700, and 1851 plus AMD AM4 and AM5. When adapting the cooler to Bitcoin-mining hardware, compatibility is determined by the exact board, hole pattern, back-side clearance, contact surface, fan header, and any miner-specific bracket or mounting hardware.

This cooler fits the NerdQaxe++ Bitcoin Solo Miner and the Bitaxe Naja Duo. Some owners also install it on the Bitaxe GT Gamma Turbo using compatible 3D-printed mounting brackets.
